Each taxidermy-style head is a relic from an imagined species, a creature that exists somewhere between memory and myth. Cast from original hand-sculpted designs, these fabricated specimens capture the uncanny familiarity of anatomy that almost makes sense: eyes that look too knowing, ears that echo something earthly, faces that feel both tender and unsettling.
Mounted like traditional taxidermy yet entirely fictional, each head becomes a portrait of a creature we’ve never encountered but somehow recognize. With their handcrafted details and carefully finished forms, these works invite viewers into a world where the boundary between natural history and fantasy blurs. Strange, intimate, and undeniably captivating, they make for a perfectly weird, and wholly unique, addition to any art collection.
